Taking the First Step in Agency Growth from Social Media
A workshop built for agencies
Believe it or not, you can grow your agency through social media.
Putting together a social media strategy for your agency however can be a daunting task, so much to learn, so many applications and content sources to review. I’m often asked by my clients a few of the big ones…
- “Do we really need a social media presence and strategy?”
- “How do you make money from Social Media as an agency anyway?”
Like anything, this is a learning process, and as I’ve found time and time again in new business, most people don’t ‘love’ being pushed outside their comfort zone, especially when it means creating extra work on top of their already overstressed schedules.
The reality of today’s market place is that you must have a social media strategy; it’s not optional any longer. So the real question has to be, “How can you find time to have an effective social media strategy that drives revenue?”
There are numerous conferences, workshops and consultants out there that can help, but as we’ve found, very few who concentrate on helping agencies.
Michael Gass and I were talking about this a few months back and it became evident that no-one was out there leading the conversation, particularly in the South East, so we decided to do something about it and took the first step in creating the New Business from Social Media workshop - an event designed specifically for agencies. We’ve structured an agenda and lined up a series of speakers to specifically address the unique challenges that agencies face in getting a social media strategy together, and putting the theory into practice.
The two-day event, Monday and Tuesday June 15-16 will be held at 103 West in Atlanta and signing up is easy.
If you’re an agency CEO or new business person in the South East, this event is for you.
Learn more about the event, review the agenda and register.
Due to the nature of the workshop, space is limited.
